FAQ’s

How and when will my products be delivered?

After you have placed your order online you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of your purchase. Please provide a business address where possible.
  • For orders of 3 or more boxes we will ship via UPS and your product should be with you within 48 hours of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number and email communications of when your product has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
  • For orders of 1 or 2 boxes we will ship via Royal Mail. Your product should be with you within 48-72 hours of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number and email communications of when your product has been dispatched and is on its way to you.

What if my order hasn’t arrived or arrives damaged?

Do you do VAT receipts?

No.

Hotel Essentials is a limited company but it is not VAT registered. As such all prices are exclusive of VAT.
